Integrity and Excellent Customer Service! We recently had a new AC unit installed and our ducts cleaned and sealed by Sharp Air. While there were some unexpected issues that arose during the process, what truly impressed me was how the company handled them. Things don’t always go perfectly in any big project—what separates a good company from an average one is what they do when something goes wrong. Sharp Air showed real integrity and commitment to their customers. Mitch, Justin, and their technicians were responsive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making things right for us. In the end, they worked hard to ensure we were satisfied, and we truly appreciate that. There is a reason Sharp Air has a 4.9/5 rating. They are fantastic and easy to work with. Go ahead. Call the other guys to come out and give a free estimate. Then ask Sharp Air for a quote. If they don't beat EVERYBODY by at least $1,000 WITHOUT haggling, I'll eat my shorts. Sharp Air has installed 2 units for me now (2 different properties). They follow up to make sure everything is good, and fix any issues before THEY are happy. All the other contractors want to quote some ridiculous price without even figuring out costs. Sharp has NEVER done that to me, they come out and look at everything and leave - no sales pitch, just 'we'll email you a quote soon', which they do. It's not going to cost you to go with them. Even if you get 5 other estimates first, I swear Sharp Air will come in with the best pricing. And they have top-notch people doing the install, repairs and tune-ups. Treat them like you want to be treated, and you will have the best a/c company interaction of your life. Thank you Sharp Air, including Mitch (manager), Andrew, Jacob, Justin, and all the other wonderful people there!!

Justin from Sharp Air Conditioning and Heat saw my cry for help on the Thumbtack website, regarding my broken AC, and proactively reached out to me. He was at my condo within an hour and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my motor was broken and replacing it would be $1000. Justin pointed out the pros and cons of changing the motor with another motor of its kind (quite obsolete) or getting a whole new AC. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of my questions respectfully, despite my asking the same question more than once. So, I decided to schedule the installation of a whole new AC with Sharp. Justin brought me a personal air conditioning unit to keep me comfortable until the AC was installed. Everything was professional from beginning to end — I highly recommend Sharp Air Conditioning and Heat. Pro tip: you can get 5% off if you pay with cash/check

New A/C Unit Working Great Mar 10, 2022

They have been taking care of my A/C for years, but it finally got a bit expensive to keep it going. I now have a new A/C unit. It has been up and running now for a good 5 or 6 hours and it is still working as good as when it was new.
