Had the best service and experience with Sharp Air! Justin came out to give us a quote on a new AC unit after another HVAC company told us we needed a new unit during a routine service. Justin took the time to explain things thoroughly and even offered to have someone come back out for free and evaluate if we really did need a new AC. He gave us a very reasonable price on a new unit if we had to go that route and was super transparent. Jayden came out a couple weeks later and was great as well. Turns out, we didn’t need a new unit right now. We’ll be using Sharp Air Conditioning from here on out.

Fantastic work done by the boys. Very polite and personable. They gutted the old system in the attic and outside. Installed both brand new systems before lunch. Constantly were cleaning up any piles left behind. All old equipment was organized and in their trailer.
Justin the service manager was incredible too. Easy to work with and knowledgeable at the estimate phase and throughout.

I called Sharp Air over Labor Day weekend when one of our AC units stopped blowing cold air, and I honestly thought the worst. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation.
Nathan, our tech, was outstanding—professional, thorough, and easy to work with. He ran all the proper checks and balances, provided full reports with photos and documentation, and clearly explained the situation. In the end, all that was needed was a capacitor replacement (a huge relief), and he handled it quickly and efficiently.
What really stood out to me was the level of transparency and professionalism. From the text message alerts before arrival to the detailed service report afterward, I always knew exactly what was going on. There was no pressure or “hard sell,” just honest recommendations. So happy that I found Sharp. A large HVAC company in the valley tried unsuccessfully to fix a mini split unit I have; they suggested a replacement. Nathan, the tech, had it fixed and up and running in under 30 minutes. I'm going to move a current service plan over to Sharp; they seem like the real deal!

Big thanks to Justin and his crew! They treated me so well, I had to share my experience! My old AC unit was 15 years old, and over the last five years, it had been mistreated by renters. I moved back into my home in April, and since then, the unit progressively got worse, with indoor temperatures averaging 85 degrees during the day. I had two other techs from different companies come out, and both visits were a complete waste of money. Not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they also tried to sell me outrageously priced units—and somehow made the problem worse! I found Sharp Air through Google and was intrigued by their great reviews. After I explained my issues to Justin, he showed up within 1 hour—on a Saturday! Although the condition of my unit was terrible, he was committed to fixing it. He even had a Plan B, offering to bring in portable units just in case mine couldn’t be repaired. I really appreciated that he made such an effort to fix the unit instead of just trying to sell me a new one right away. I was sold on the service alone, and the prices were significantly better than the two other companies I dealt with previously. He even waived the repair fees and included additional upgrades and promotions at no extra cost! I just had my new system installed and am now enjoying the Arizona summer at the temperature I desire!

We used a big A/C company with rave reviews not even a month ago. Got a runaround and sales pitched the whole time for services that were basically the price of a new unit. Replaced pieces that weren't even the issue, but of course, we didn't know that. Sucks how much people will try to take advantage of you. And because of that and declining to go with a year's worth of certain services, guess what happened? Our A/C stopped working again over the weekend. Not wanting to go through hoops again, we went with a company that was referred to us by someone we actually knew, and man, I am glad we did. The technician stayed for hours, answered questions, was very nice and professional, didn't play the blame game, replaced a motor, and didn't charge us an arm and a leg. The whole experience was great. Learned of Sharp from Next Door app and neighbors being pleased. Did a little research and called to make an appointment. Was able to schedule for the next day. Andrew came to our home and was amazing. He was thorough, took the time to explain what he was doing and our options. He made his way through a tiny attic door and flushed our primary and secondary lines. He cleaned and coated our secondary drain pan to give it a longer life. This was something another company had said we would have to replace at $1,300. All in all, very impressed with Andrew and our experience. There is a reason Sharp Air has a 4.9/5 rating. They are fantastic and easy to work with. Go ahead. Call the other guys to come out and give a free estimate. Then ask Sharp Air for a quote. If they don't beat EVERYBODY by at least $1,000 WITHOUT haggling, I'll eat my shorts. Sharp Air has installed 2 units for me now (2 different properties). They follow up to make sure everything is good, and fix any issues before THEY are happy. All the other contractors want to quote some ridiculous price without even figuring out costs. Sharp has NEVER done that to me, they come out and look at everything and leave - no sales pitch, just 'we'll email you a quote soon', which they do. It's not going to cost you to go with them. Even if you get 5 other estimates first, I swear Sharp Air will come in with the best pricing. And they have top-notch people doing the install, repairs and tune-ups. Treat them like you want to be treated, and you will have the best a/c company interaction of your life. Thank you Sharp Air, including Mitch (manager), Andrew, Jacob, Justin, and all the other wonderful people there!!
