I absolutely loved working with this company. Justin was super responsive and our technician, Miguel, was beyond helpful. He was very thorough at explaining the issue and the solution. I also loved that they have a tracker to see how close/far your technician is. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Issue fixed: mini split EL OC code.

So happy that I found Sharp. A large HVAC company in the valley tried unsuccessfully to fix a mini split unit I have; they suggested a replacement. Nathan, the tech, had it fixed and up and running in under 30 minutes. I'm going to move a current service plan over to Sharp; they seem like the real deal!
